CASE-REF: PRS-2025
Professional process serving and legal document delivery across South Wales. Court-compliant service of legal papers with affidavits of service from private investigators actually based in Wales.
Process serving is the legal delivery of court documents, legal notices, and official papers to individuals or businesses involved in legal proceedings. At South Wales Private Investigations, we provide professional process serving services that comply with UK court requirements and civil procedure rules.
Unlike many national companies claiming to serve process in Wales, we're actually based here in Rhigos, Aberdare (South Wales Valleys). This means we have genuine local knowledge, aim to respond promptly to urgent serving requirements, and provide personal service throughout South Wales.
Our process servers are experienced professionals who understand the legal requirements for valid service. We provide detailed affidavits of service, photographic proof of delivery, and comprehensive documentation that satisfies court requirements. Whether you need to serve divorce papers, court summons, eviction notices, or commercial legal documents, we ensure compliant and professional delivery.
Summons, claim forms, witness summons, court orders, and all civil and family court documentation.
Divorce petitions, financial remedy applications, and all family law documentation requiring personal service.
Statutory demands, winding-up petitions, commercial contracts, and business-related legal papers.
Eviction notices, possession orders, tenancy agreements, and landlord-tenant legal documentation.
We receive your legal documents, verify the recipient's details, and confirm service requirements and deadlines.
If necessary, we conduct address verification and locate the recipient to ensure successful service.
Our process server personally delivers the documents to the recipient, confirming identity and explaining the nature of the documents.
We provide a detailed affidavit of service including date, time, location, description of recipient, and photographic evidence where appropriate.
